Terms of Service

1.1. You can have only 1 account. If multiple accounts are found, Buxmoon has the right to terminate all of them.
1.2. We have no issue if you have a Dynamic IP that changes all the time, but please keep in my mind that if we detect that you are using any kind of VPN or other IP modified software, we have the right to terminate your account.
1.3. All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals, money offers/exchange/requests and the offer or request of services are prohibited in Forum posts/topics. Spamming the Forum with nonsense posts/messages, duplicated topics, illegal content, sharing email addresses, social website links and instant messenger IDs is also prohibited.
1.4. Accusations without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against Buxmoon, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.
1.5. You are allowed to use your account from a Mobile/Tablet device but we do cannot guarantee that it will work perfectly and you might encounter bugs.

2.1. We provide no limits when it comes to Direct Referrals, that means you can have unlimited Direct Referrals.
2.2. You are required to have clicked at least 4 ads the previous day to receive commissions from your Referral tomorrow.
2.3. Rented referrals are distributed based on an activity rule but we cannot predict or assure how they will behave afterwards.
2.4. A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him/her.
2.5. You can only Rent Referrals for the maximum packages that are set within our script.

3.1. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult or illegal content, contain any kind of multi-level offers and contain referral sales.
3.2. You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.
3.3. Advertisements are allowed to be viewed on mobile phones/tablets.

4.1. All payments will be made via Airtm, Cryptocurrencies, Perfectmoney and Payeer. No other method of payment is available at this time. You can only request an unlimited amount to be paid to the payment processor you've used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount. The maximum amount you can request to the other payment processors is equal to the value of the purchases you've made through them individually. In the event of equal most value of purchases between two or more payment processors you can make an unlimited payment request for each one that is part of the par.
4.2. The minimum amount paid is $0.99. From the amount paid, a small fee can be deducted depending on the payment processor you use (except Cryptocurrencies which will have a bigger fee).
4.3. Due to high fees regarding Ethereum and Bitcoin cashouts we are forced to set the minimum cashout at $3.00 until we can find a better Crypto payment processor with lower fees.
4.4. All payments will be made and sent to your Payment account within 24 hours since your request.
4.5. You can only request one payment at a time.
4.6. Any refund of any payment we send you will be ignored and it won't be added back to your account nor sent again.

5.1. All payments are to be made using the links available at "your account". No other method of payment will be accepted.
5.2. All payments are non-refundable.
5.3. Payments made to Buxmoon do not need to be made from a verified payment processor account.
5.4. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.

6.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
6.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
6.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.
6.4. As Buxmoon requires its users to be active there is a strict 14 day period of inactivity which will cause your account to be put on sleep mode and its balance to reset.
6.5. After 30 days of inactivity, account will be suspended.
6.6. We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended.
